Premium Nutrition Creatine + NAC pairs 200 mesh micronised creatine monohydrate, the most researched sports supplement in the world, with N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), a precursor to glutathione, the body's own master antioxidant. Creatine supports strength, power and lean muscle during high-intensity training and helps keep the brain's energy stores topped up. NAC supports your natural antioxidant defences and recovery after hard sessions.
Unflavoured and ultra-fine, it dissolves fast with no grit, so it mixes cleanly into water, juice or your pre-workout. Creatine independently lab tested in New Zealand for microbiological quality. Made in New Zealand.

Why NAC?
N-acetyl cysteine supplies cysteine, the rate-limiting building block of glutathione, the antioxidant your cells use to deal with the oxidative stress of hard training. Pairing it with creatine supports both performance and recovery.
